Your coffee cart rental price is shaped by three simple things:

• Service length — how many hours we’re serving.

• Guest count — we can serve 50 to 60 drinks an hour!

• Travel distance — within 60 round trip miles is included from our HQ in Cross Plains TN, and we can go further with a small travel fee.

It’s that easy.

Yes. We are happy to serve outdoors when temperatures are between 40°F and 90°F and all standard setup requirements are met. During extreme sun, rain, or other inclement weather, a tent or canopy is required to protect our team and equipment.

During colder months, our espresso machine takes longer to heat, which may reduce our drink capacity. We recommend having a weather backup plan, and we offer one complimentary reschedule if severe weather prevents service.

Our coffee cart requires a standard 120V, 15-amp outlet within close reach of the setup area. The service space must be a level, wheelchair accessible area measuring approximately 7ft x 7ft to ensure safe and efficient operation.

If an electrical receptacle outlet is not available near the service area, please let us know in the notes of your booking form so that we can secure an alternate power source for your event.

All custom graphics and deposit must be submitted no later than 2 weeks from your event to guarantee availability.

Our standard service area covers 50 round trip miles from our HQ in Cross Plains TN. If you’re further out, we simply add travel miles to your total cost and we will be transparent upfront so there will not be any extra hidden fees.
