A mobile coffee cart brings more than great coffee to your event. It creates an experience your guests will remember. Watching skilled baristas craft fresh lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks adds an interactive element that people naturally gravitate toward. This is the beauty of a mobile coffee cart rental

The coffee bar quickly becomes a gathering place where conversations start, connections are made, and guests return for another cup. It is a simple way to elevate any event and leave a lasting impression.

One of the most common questions we get is, “How much does coffee catering cost?”

Most events range from $1,500 to $2,000+, depending on guest count, service time, menu selections and location.

What surprises many clients is how affordable the experience can be. For a similar cost to other catering services, your guests enjoy handcrafted coffee drinks made fresh by professional baristas creating a memorable experience they'll be talking about long after the event ends.

Think of us as an open bar, but for coffee. We provide all inclusive espresso bar catering for pre booked events, so every guest can enjoy unlimited handcrafted drinks without reaching for their wallet.

Your coffee cart rental price is shaped by three simple things:

• Service length — how many hours we’re serving.

• Guest count — we can serve around 50 to 60 drinks an hour.

• Travel distance — within 50 round trip miles is included from our HQ in Cross Plains TN, and we can go further with a small travel fee.

It’s that easy.

Yes. We are happy to serve outdoors when temperatures are between 40°F and 90°F and all standard setup requirements are met. During extreme sun, rain, or other inclement weather, a tent or canopy is required to protect our team and equipment.

During colder months, our espresso machine takes longer to heat, which may reduce our drink capacity. We recommend having a weather backup plan, and we offer one complimentary reschedule if severe weather prevents service.

Every package includes:

• Friendly, professional barista(s)

• Stylish mobile coffee cart

• Professional Italian espresso machine

• Freshly roasted coffee beans

• Dairy & non-dairy alternatives

• Cups, lids, condiments, syrups, tea, chai & hot chocolate

Our coffee cart requires a standard 120V, 15-amp outlet within close reach of the setup area. The service space must be a level, wheelchair accessible area measuring approximately 7ft x 7ft to ensure safe and efficient operation.

If an electrical receptacle outlet is not available near the service area, please let us know in the notes of your booking form so that we can secure an alternate power source for your event.

Yes, everything from the menu to the cart is fully customizable.

We offer custom cart branding, cups and more.
